Northern Virginia Family Practice is the best in every aspect! Our family members have been patients for nearly 10 years and we've never had such a great provider. Dr. Gardner is out primary but everyone from reception, labs, and nursing staff is professional and friendly and so very efficient. Having had a doctor for 25 years, switching to another and having to review a lifetime of history is difficult. We were grateful initially for the care that seemed in par with our long time doctor. We sadly learned that the practice cared not for more complex health issues and had no one looking at long COVID as a health factor. Words can be edited on reviews; not stars. The stars would now be a 2/2.5. Ask lots of questions if your health is not an easily managed to learn if you fit well with their philosophies.
NVFP is the very best care you can receive. My primary doctor is Dr. Havert and she has been an absolute godsend. She is patient and open and willing to listen and isn’t dismissive when you tell her, “so, maybe this is nothing.. but…”. I have been dealing an issue that I knew wasn’t normal *for me* for YEARS but no other dr would listen. Exceptional, individualized patient care. Once you experience the level of care, attention to detail, and commitment to your overall health and well being you'll be unable return to a traditional medical model. The physicians, front office staff, nurses and phlebotomist are all incredible.
I just had my yearly physical with Jessica Ware. Never before have I felt so "attended to" by a medical professional. She listens intently, takes so much time, and explains things so well. She is clearly incredibly knowledgeable and is always helpful and reassuring. I love this practice and am so grateful for it!
