Have been taking my dogs here for many of years. The front door staff is unorganized, not friendly and doesn’t like working there. My dog has gotten blood work done several times now, no copy for me to look over, nothing. The whole pay your bill, and get out the door, because that’s all we care about is, getting old. Some of us, consider our pets our kids, and I don’t think this place has any clue how to be compassionate and show empathy. I brought my dog Diva in Monday, for an all day blood work day, arrived by 8:00, she walked into vet clinic at around 8:30, nobody called me all day, to give me an update on her, until I decided to call the clinic at 3:30 pm. I was told her last blood draw, was going to be around, 5 pm. I called after I arrived, at 5 pm, and was told to come in, to check out, anyways. There is no reason to take your pet anywhere else.. they treated us and our pet with nothing more than dignity and respect.

Frank, unfortunately we do not have a record of you visiting our hospital. Pet care will always be our passion and please know that we hold ourselves to the highest level care. If you have further concerns, we are more than happy to address them over a phone call.
Get everything in writing especially with John ring, D.V.M. He will tell you one thing and charge you another, and tell you he is bound and can't do what he said. All over $31. We had all of our animals there and spent a lot of money over the years. They have some great dr but will probably lose a client over one that lies
