Today was the first time I visited the hospital and I was so glad that I did. I have two children, a 3 year old and a 10 month year old. As I got my children out of the car, a receptionist greeted me and asked if she could help grab my pup. She said she saw me take out my double stroller over the camera. It was extremely kind for her to come out and help me. We were checked in and taken right into an exam room. Love this place! My old vet got to where it took a month to even get an appt so I switched to Northside and I've been able to walk in without an appt both times I've been and be seen in less then 10 minutes! Amazing. The staff is extremely friendly and caring! I can't say enough nice things about this place! I will definitely be taking my baby here from now on!

My little rat terrier Dixie got attacked by another dog and Dr. Clardy did surgery on her and did everything he could for her, unfortunately we had to put her down. He and the staff were so patient amd sympathetic to us. They care about their patients and are always so helpful and kind.

This animal hospital is great. They are all about the animals. The first time I went there was my dog of 14 years end of life and they made that transition easier on my dog and myself. Great people.

I have been there twice, and I love it. Everyone from the front staff, techs and Dr's are great! So kind to everyone. We left another office because our dog wound up worse not better ! Paid for one shot she didn't need. Dr April Brown is so nice! She was as excited as we were that our dog was better after 2 weeks !! It is a walk in clinic, there can be long waits but it's worth it to me!
