Great service from Basia! Went with my mother to Northway to help her inspect and purchase a car. The cars I test drove for her were mechanically sound and very clean. Over the moon! Not your typical dealership I purchased a 2006 Toyota Highlander Hybrid from Northway Automotive and I will tell you to look no further. I worked with Basia who was not aggressive and very honest. She allowed my family mechanic to test drive several excellent cars. It was not an easy decision picking which one I liked best. Well worth the trip After doing a lot of research, I found that NA had the most reasonable price compared to other dealerships. I was pleasantly greated by Donna when I arrived. Then I was right away introduced to Paul and Jerry, who both were a great help in helping me trade in my old wheels for a nice new ride. Best ever Donna Stoll at Northway Automotive was such a pleasure to work with. She made the entire process comprehensible and was extremely patient as well as personable. From checking out the car, through the test drive, to completing the paperwork, the entire process went over smoothly and I was able to drive away with my car within an hour!
