Dr. Rosenthal was amazing at my consult in Oct, I was really looking forward to working with him. I scheduled surgery for Dec 27. The office staff on the other hand- IS AWFUL. they gave me an estimate of $9231 (which seemed high- since I had already met me deductible and Out of pocket). when I called my insurance to see why this wasn't covered- I was told it should be at 100% (because of the deductible/out of pocket being met) I called and relay this info back to the office staff.
