I found all the staff to be very friendly and knowledgeable in answering questions. The food was very delicious and the facilities seemed very homey and welcoming. It seemed that the staff really know the residents and treat them as individuals, not just ‘numbers’.

The facility was clean and decorated like a family home the residents were very friendly, making me feel welcome. The appetizers were delicious and the music group very entertaining! On as constructive note however, I felt confused about the tour process and who was supposed to interact with visitors, having to find people myself!
