Vicki Evans at Northwest Select Dublin was always available to answer my questions. Great customer service!
Processing and Closer were great to work with. Very efficient and professional. Closing was located at their Trueman Rd location in Hilliard, OH- and that was not so good. The closing room has an open wall to a general hallway, so very noisy and distracting. (Someone was using packing tape and playing music out there) Apparently, our transaction was also loud, because the Attorney across the hall had his Administrative Asst.come over and literally walk in unannounced to our signing and asked us to keep it down because he was... read more

My husband and I closed recently on a house and the title company emailed our realtor and loan officer that we were getting back$1800, but when we came in to close they tried to tell us that we owed $160. Now mind you this was at the closing table. Nobody contacted us prior, so had the title company not ate the cost we would have had to push back our closing date. Not impressed.
