Recently, I had the pleasure of talking with an associate from Northwest Self Storage in Redmond, OR. Nate was very helpful and answered all my questions and because they had the option of inside storage units with climate control, I made my decision to rent a 5x10 unit. I went into the facility the next day and met Marc, the on site manager. He was very kind and walked me through the steps of using the site. The added bonus of the 4th of July discount for the monthly rent made my decision easier!
We had an excellent experience at this storage facility. We needed somewhere to put our stuff for a little while during our move and it was easy to rent, the staff was amazing and the location was perfect. We loved the double ended unit with doors on each end. It made it cooler while we loaded and easy to get to things on the other side. The staff noticed we had moved out and called to check on us then helped us close our account. Wonderful service!
I’m having trouble sleeping due to the roof work happening above my head. Also, the floors are cold and hard. I’ll give it three stars for the sake of feeling safe and knowing I’ll be protected from the rain at least

U will be hearing from a lawer in less that 5 business days i have grounds of over payment I paid i was charged for 3 units the money should have been counted with my 10×15 unit that I also paid to months in advance i should have been covered my unreplaceble items and someone's ashes cause your manager fail to due billing correctly he had to contact the main office to see what could happen i paid to get the 10×15 and the 2 other units in had then paid 2 months in advance for the unit that was sold ....
