I’ve had an amazing experience with this storage unit. Brenn that works in the office is one of the best workers I’ve ever experienced in my whole life. If I could give 10 stars I would. She’s got that dog in her. Best storage unit facility in America. Maybe even the world
The staff we interacted with were great, but don't trust the hours on Google -- their office is rarely attended and the staff turnover is high. We must have dealt with 6 different people in 11 months of storage. We had a billing issue (they double charged us at move-in) and had to repeat the story every single time, since nobody seemed to know what we were talking about. I work with an organization that assists our less served community and went to the Buchanan St. property to pay a bill. Brenn helped me. She was very pleasant to deal with and seemed empathetic toward her customers. I appreciate her demeanor during our interaction.
I've been renting a unit here for a year and a half or so. I know that pricing depends on market/availability. But that seems to only work one way, increase only. Mine keeps going up. And I've been paying WAY MORE than other locations for the same sized unit. Like $120-140 a month more. If you're going to structure your price to fluctuate then go both ways! I work at a bakery and if we raised the price of croissants to 10 dollars because we didn't see very many croissants yesterday that would be ridiculous. Also had a proble... read more
Just have to say Sarah is great!! She fixing all my problems, But very disappointed in the company itself. The prices keep raising and are ridiculous especially with the worn out conditions at this location. On top of Mold all in my unit. We will see if the insurance I have been paying will reimburse me for all my damage.
