Great experience with NW Self Storage! Rented a unit for a little over a year. Never had an issue. They communicated perfectly with me. Updated me ahead of time when there were rate increases and changes to their online portal. The units are clean and well maintained. When we were done with our unit they were so helpful and understanding. Definitely recommend this storage company!
I am a current and previous customer!! At the Springfield Oregon location on Olympic. Susan is the manager there and she is the best!! She is helpful and kind. I won't go anywhere else to rent a storage unit. I have seen her with other clientele and she is forthcoming and honest. I can't say enough about Susan she Rocks!!
Great storage rental experience. This facility is in a good location, and is clean and secure. The storage manager was super helpful and very easy to deal with. I rented a unit for a couple of months, and if I ever need a storage unit again, this is where I will go!
I was impressed with Susan and her awesome attitude in helping me with a storage unit. She was very clear about everything in the contract. She was very helpful in finding what work best for me. She gave me a great deal on the unit and I look forward to staying here long term.
Thank goodness for this storage place! I had to rent a storage last minute for an unforeseen move and when I called they set me up with a great price for my first month. When I went in the receptionist was awesome and took great care of me. If I need to use a storage space in the future this is where I will go. Thank you for saving my butt.
