Forever grateful for the staff, who went above and beyond to help me back down the ramp after a cross-country move with a trailer 😅 the staff are communicative and friendly and the unit was clean. The old elevator can feel intimidating at first, but empowering when you get the hang of it. Updated security measures are on the way, so I get the sense that they are responsive to feedback.
Teresa the boss was so extremely accommodating with helping us afford move in costs and tad was amazing at getting us to units to see the size in person within five minutes of our arrival at their office
Hate this place! Had a unit here for years and the prices have jumped every year actually feels like every few months…the ONLY elevator never works or is being used with no regard to other users. Units are constantly being messed with since there is 1 employee and no security or codes to get in at all just open air people come and go use bathroom and the place to hang out look for shit to take. I moved to A-1 storage minutes away and it’s literally same price no elevators and climate controlled secured entry and better hours... read more
Was just told that my unit was broken into. The locking mechanism is not what I would call secure. A dead bolt that looks like it was bought from a garden center and the only thing keeping anyone from getting past it is two star head screws that are totally exposed. How had would it be to have a 1/8” plate mounted from the inside with a hole drilled in it to keep the bolt in place. I was also told the door may have been open for 48 hrs before the staff noticed.
