Needed a storage unit for a few months while we figured out our living situation. The manager was the one who checked us in and showed us around. I felt bad since we got there 30 mins before closing and I figured they had closing tasks to take care of, but she was so lovely!! She was funny, accommodating and just genuinely seemed to enjoy her job which is so rare. I've been here for years. First class operation. Highly secure and the loading dock is protected from weather. The manager, Lynn is very helpful.

At first NW Self Storage was great to work with. Prices were ok and people were nice. As time went by they regularly raise the prices to where it's not as great of a deal. Maintenance is a joke. If you tell the on-site manager about an issue ie leaky roof, garage door opener malfunctioning, etc they will not it on their computer and make their call. The storage units are temperature controlled, clean, true to size, and VERY secure with cameras and 24 hour surveillance. Customer service was exceptional. I have spoken with both the owner and the desk attendant and never had a problem with either. I would highly recommend!

It is apparently their "policy" that in the case you are accidentally billed for Insurance, even though your insurance was presented upon signing their storage contract; that you are responsible financially for their paperwork error.

DO NOT store your items here, especially if valuable. Storage locker was broken into and robbed, not a single security camera on the floors besides the elevator. Impossible to reach corporate for support, just been given the same corporate number over and over. They also raise the rent price every month or two. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

I wish I would have read the Yelp reviews beforehand. It is true that this company adjusts the monthly rent based on market pricing. So, you never know when they are going to raise the rent. But most recently I discovered my unit was bolt cut and my ebike and other valuables taken out in which the thieves replaced my lock with their lock so it appeared safe. Unfortunately they have NO CAMERAS except by the elevator. Also the insurance coverage is ONLY $2000 by them. I tried calling corporate to advise they warn customers of... read more

After 3 months they i creased my rent $49! Crazy and outrageous! Dont rent there. I was told they were not going to increase the rate and then after i signed in they did!
