So far everything has been great. I did everything online to get into a unit and not even 5 mins later I got a call from Heidi. She wanted to introduce herself and give me a few tips on how things worked at the facility. She made sure I was all set to go and was extremely friendly. I went in to the office to put my driver's license on file and talked with her for a few mins. She is a great person to talk to in casual conversation as well as helpful on the business side of things.
Carrie was so helpful in settling questions on our account. She explained important dates and charges. She was very efficient and extremely customer services oriented.
I went to the location and discovered that the company practices false advertising. They claim to have temperature controlled units with heat and air conditioning. They are heated, but not air conditioned. I decided to rent anyway because it was the best deal, using an elevator to get to an upstairs unit. I’ve been there less than 2 months and I received a notice that my rent is being raised $39 per month. I’d rather move out.
We had been researching storage companies with an interest in moving our household goods from Alaska to Washington. To complicate matters, we were living in Mexico while attempting to reserve multiple storage units in Vancouver.
