I really like this place . Belinda has been very helpful finding the right unit for My storage. She is very friendly, and made sure to give Me all the best deals, and promotions. A much better experience than the other Storage Place I have rented. I Intend to do business here long term. Thank You Belinda for your help!
One of the many reasons why I chose to rent a unit at northwest self storage was because of the manager, Belinda. She has always been available to answer any questions I have. I believe she is up front and 100% honest. I have confronted her with questions about reviews concerning theft. Just checked on my storage yesterday to find out it was broke into a month ago,would have been nice to have let me know then email,voice mail. Five guitars stolen and still trying to see what else but I work for a living and definitely did not think I'd have to do this.There are no cameras watching units . I'm told eight other units were broke in also and people don't know yet. We had our stuff in storage at the spanaway facility on mountain highway for almost 2 years and Belinda Torres (the property manager) was so awesome. She was friendly, patient and understanding. She is a gem.
I had a unit here for 5 yrs.In that time they raised the rent many times, to a grande total of roughly $400. More then on the original contract. On top of that they billed me monthly late fees before my payments were even late. Ive never been notified prior to rent or late fee amount changes. They fired there first office personnel for theft, they were good people always available to answer questions, ans made having a unit there a pleasant experience.
