Zero stars if I could. Deceptive and shoddy, Not open on Mondays, purposely designed to be difficult to contact. Property manager or anyone that can actually do anything can’t be reached. Was a model tenant for two years and left a spotless unit when I left, was billed for rent and late fees after move out which I took care of the account when I moved out. Not to mention my unit was broken into during that time and they did nothing about that either.
I have had my storage unit for 1 year. They have raised rates on me twice. I’m now paying more than twice the “introductory rate” they list. Additionally I had to make phone calls for two months about their cameras being covered on some of their rows before they would fix it.
They were very responsive to my calls. If I ever had an issue the would resolve it in a timely manner. Customer service was very good.
This facility is by far one of the trashiest facilities I've ever seen... This place is full of mice even if your storage unit is clean and there's no food in it and it has no reason for there to be mice in it it is literally full of mice. Is also full of spiders I'm talking to you nasty spiders beyond house spiders they clearly do not spray for this type of stuff... Was locked out of my online account and went in to pay in person was greeted by Julia she was very pleasant and helpful she was able to get my auto pay set up again as well.
