If you like your rent to go up every year come here. They will charge you every chance they get I've been here for over 5 years and ever since the new company bought out the original, a few years ago my rent went from $285 to $442 a month in only a few years almost 100% increase. These are the type of companies that push inflation higher and higher. Hope your greed comes back on you and humbles you.

Erick has been very helpful and friendly from the start and is ready to go above and beyond to help and accomadate our storage needs! Definitely recommend 100% coming here with Erick in Woodburn!
This Place of Business used to be Excellent! After using them for our storage for the last 2 years we are sad to say They do not go above and beyond for their customers anymore. Their website is 100% false advertising and Miss leading. And they increase rent 50$ in a year. They will tell you they increase rent for better maintenance and improvements to their facility but in the time We have been renting from them absolutely NOTHING HAS CHANGED with their facility besides management positions and ownership.
