Affordable and great place to rent a storage unit from. The manager Xavier explained everything to me and was professional and kind. I loled that he walks the property multiple times a day which made me feel that my stuff was safe. I will definitely put word to rent here if any of my family or friends need a storage unit.

I have had a storage unit here for several years. It's safe and dry, and pretty clean. I am disappointed that the rates have gone up so much and so quickly in the last few years. I also wish they would just email me an invoice instead of sending it through the mail. When I do get emails from them, they come from "2031 Northwest." At first I thought it was some crazy spam. I was able to rent a unit on short notice when it became clear that all our stuff wouldn't fit into our new house. Heidi was very helpful while showing me the various size options. She also took the time to reach out to me personally when auto payments were interrupted due to fraudulent activity on my bank card. We got the situation resolved without incurring any late fees. Experience setting up my storage unit was easy on line. Manager at the storage in Terrebonne , oregon is wonderful to deal with. I have not utilized my space yet so I have no feedback on that yet

Everyone with whom I spoke was well informed, friendly, helpful, businesslike. Due to weather, we haven't been able to begin moving things in, but so far I am very happy with having chisen this place for my stirage needs.
