Do your due diligence by paying attention to the details. Due diligence is all about being exact, following up and double and triple checking. Condo disclosure had wrong name and you didn’t follow up. Instructions from sales broker on commission were not followed. The sales contract was simple and straightforward yet title agent did not take the time to understand and account for the monthly assessment even though it was spelled out twice In the contract.
