Communication was poor. I had to initiate all communication and it was difficult and slow to get a response by both phone and email. Attention to detail was poor. The draft of the deed was not going to be provided until I requested it and then it had to be corrected multiple times at the last minute prior to the closing. The Cold Spring office would not allow the use of their facility for a Saturday closing. This is unacceptable.
