I have used this company for a very long time and they have done a very good job of taking care of my problem. But recently I am not satisfied with their work. They came to repair my water heater in February as I am not getting hot water. They were able to take care of it and the following month a tube was leaking and I was not aware of it until I was trimming my flowers and the ground was soaking wet and uprooted some of my plants. Date of service 4-7-2025 Called Norwalk plumbing because my bath tub was clogged. They were able to come out same day. The staff that answered were friendly and professional. The plumber that came out showed up during the slotted time, took care of my issue quickly. He was also friendly and professional. Happy with my choice. Would recommend

Norwalk/La Mirada plumbing co. We were satisfied with the plumbing job done for us. Kinda expensive an installed provided kitchen faucet was over $500.00 Plumber also cleaned out the kitchen drain for an additional $220.00 Plumber did leave a big mess after cleaning the drain
I called them because my heater went out. I paid the house call service fee (around $100) they said they would write up the estimate and give it to me. A day or so later I called, still waiting for my estimate. The receptionist said they would get it to me. I never got the estimate, I had to call someone else to come fix it. I will never use them, they kept my house call money and I never heard from them again.
