I visited NOVA Perio Office several times in last few months and had a positive experience. The staff was friendly and efficient. Dr Panwar was thorough in explaining the procedures, and has extremely good bedside manner. The doctor herself checks on patient next day after the procedure and is very patient with all the questions. Overall, a very pleasant dental visit.
I had a consultation at NOVA Perio Specialists today and everyone from the front desk reception, to the person who handled my x-rays to Dr. Panwar was absolutely excellent. I felt very comfortable in the office (the inside looks a lot better than the outside) and Dr. Panwar was so terrific in going over the current state of my teeth, her ideas for treatment, and how her plan would be laid out. This office is very professional! All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. They have all all the modern equipment. Dr Bartoochi treats you like a friend. He takes time to thoroughly explain everything you need to know about your dental issue. You could not go to a better periodontist or dental office.
My dental procedure was handled with courtesy and professionalism plus. I had all my concerns addressed completely by the actual doctor herself! I would recommend this facility and Dr. Panwar at any time.
Great experience with Dr. Panwar and her team! Procedure went very well and Dr. Panwar took time to explain prior to the procedure as well as answer all my questions. Extremely pleased with the final results!
