The sale of our house and subsequent move has been anything but an easy ride. Several people pulled out after we'd accepted their offers and an issue with the land registry on the property we were moving to resulted in things taking over 8 months. Me and my Husband recently purchased through Novahomes. Our first viewing was with Stuart, he gave us lots of information about the property and didn't pressure us. Once we put the offer in, there were very quick responses due to great communication.
