I visited Novi Oaks Dental for a consultation. Dr. Ely and her staff were very friendly, helpful, and informative. I feel very comfortable working with them.
Felicia the hygienist, was great with my 14 yr old! She talked to him about good hygiene. He felt so comfortable with her too! Dr. Ely is the best! She is great with kids. The staff was so welcoming, I would highly recommend this practice to everyone I know!!
Dr Ely and her staff provide excellent dental care. They pay attention to every detail and have picked up many subtle dental issues that my previous dentists have missed. In the last several years I feel my dental care is upgraded and confident I am in good hands finally. My wife has moved to their practice as well after some regrettable care in other previous dental practices
This was my initial visit. The entire staff was very courteous and professional. The waiting area, office and patient area was clean. Everyone was attentive and informative with options and the next steps of the process.
The best office to be at! Calm, clean, friendly, and fast! I can be picky with where I go and glad I made the right choice! The entire clinical team was wonderful and friendly.
