Chris, Julie & Sandra did a great job! I wasn't impressed with Maxine at the Novus Office in Wisconsin who took a few days out of the office without completing her responsibilities in getting my information ready which in turn caused my closing to delay 4 more days. This was inconvenient for myself & my wife. The seller threatened to back out of the deal due to the closing day needing to be pushed 3 different times, I had to cancel my daughters birthday plans & change my work meeting schedules!
I would like to thank Chris Galli and his wonderful staff for their knowledge, hard work and professional in helping me secure my home loan. I highly recommend Chris, especially if you are a first time home buyer.
He was on it all the time, very professional with all my questions.
