Vicky , We thank you for your feedback and take them very seriously. We are sorry that everything was not up to your liking. With the fire, the business had pushed so hard to be open in time for the Valentines holiday so that all of our clients could still have a place to celebrate. We astonishingly were able to open 1.5 weeks later (estimated 3 months with insurance) luckily no one was hurt in the fire! There is so much that the owners did on their own to assure that the workers could get back to work and the clients could come in. We sincerely do apologize for any work that was being completed at time of the appointment as so many local businesses were working us in to be able to get us up to fire code ASAP, the business had to accept what ever times we could to help get up power, heat / AC (that was being worked on that day as there was none and it was a very cold day), ventilation cleaning and sooooo much more. We understand that there is always something to improve on and would like to do our best to assure that we can make your next visit meet your expectations. Thank you for supporting small businesses.
