Went for lunch. Beautiful views and the food was excellent. The service was great and our server was very pleasant and attentive. Will definitely will eat there again.

Took 45 minutes to get a menu and drinks once we got drinks and service and food everything was great
For the high price the food was good but not great, like it has been in the past. Everything was heavy handed with the flavors. Sole sauce was thick, couscous overpowered with cumin flavor, and steak was super ridiculously crusted with peppercorn. Couldn't taste the meat. The vegetables were cooked perfect and not too sauced though. The cheesecake was probably not housemade (overcooked and bland) and Safeway honestly has better....sad. After a stressful drive through the northern California mountains, Noyo was a calm haven. It was a bit chilly outside, but they quickly warmed me up with a space heater. Overlooking the calmness of the harbor was very relaxing. Some may be annoyed by the seals barking their fool heads off, but it was far enough away to be only mildly distracting, and we enjoyed it as we don't often get to hear these creatures.
