Our server Laura did an excellent job. She noticed that the music was a little loud as we were sitting right under a speaker and she turned it down to a comfortable level. Food came quickly and was hot and delicious. Coffee is excellent and my husband said his Bloody Mary was perfect.
Nathan was awesome. Drinks (pomegranate and spicy pepper margs) were great. Beautiful view. Duck and steak were great, veggies to perfection. Whether you want a great dinner or just a high class drink, try this place.
Although it was a Weds. evening, no chef’s specials were offered, which was disappointing. My husband’s scallops were okay, not outstanding. The mushroom risotto that came with them was tasty, but there was some unidentifiable tasteless root vegetable included, too. My crab bisque fell short. It was too thick, having a paste-like consistency, and with very little crab. Two pieces of toasted crostini were placed in the bowl of soup. The food was excellent. The service was friendly, but very slow. A dinner for two took 2 hours 20 minutes. Not sure if too many people or too few servers.

Noyo Harbor Inn Restaurant and Tavern is very consistent with exceptional service and delicious menu. I must admit though that the patio dining with the view and the sea lions barking in the distance is our favorite part. It's a beautiful setting.
