Food and drinks was excellent. It has now been added to my favorite restaurant list.
We thoroughly enjoyed our happy hour/dinner on Monday 4/19. We had the deviled eggs, clam chowder, bruscetta with mushrooms and cheese. We had burgers and cesar salad. The prawns were suppose to be "grilled" on the cesar, but were really poached. The cesar dressing could have had more garlic, lemon and anchovy. A bit bland. Everything about the Noyo Harbor Inn is perfection.
We had a dining experience we don’t care to repeat. When my husband ordered his meal, he discovered there were scallops in his dish. He is allergic to scallops which when eaten causes his throat to close. Fortunately he discovered them before he ate them. The scallops WERE NOT suppose to be in the dish he ordered. The food was excellent and very generous portions. The view of the Harper was great! Pricing was a little above average. The service with a little bit slow but acceptable. Enjoyable evening
I'm a local and find this restaurant always a very pleasant dining experience. It's our go-to place for that reason.
We really were hoping this experience would be exceptional because the ambience and the view were. However, service was very poor. Our server would disappear for long periods of time and it took way too long to get our drinks. One in our party ordered a beer and it never arrived.
