Well considering the lock on the door was broken, the light was not working and it was 110 degrees inside. Which I thought I was in a climate controlled unit. Which I was not. Very friendly staff though

Lady at the business was very informative and pleasant.
Well was a little u happy at first. The storage unit they assigned me was full of stuff and the door was broken. They had no more units in my size so they made it right giving me the next size which was cheaper anyway so I am glad they took care of me.
Great customer service and friendly staff. They were very helpful.
Manager was very professional. Had the time to show me a certain storage unit I wanted to see.
Had a problem renting unit online but the property manager was great at getting the problem resolved for me.
The person who attended to me was very attentive and helpful.
