Great experience until I couldn't get in the gate with my code during non-office hours. Talked to the office the next day and was told it was working and that my code was fine. Next time I tried to get in after hours, the exact same thing happened. Frustrating to drive with a load of item, expecting to put them into storage but can't get in the gate so have to go back home and make another trip another day.

I was a past customer and loved the guy who runs this location! He is extremely polite and informative. I am now a customer again at this location even though it’s not the closest to my place because of the guy that runs the place!
