Price reasonable, very helpful kind workers, prices for locks are just way to much. They only offer one style which is very difficult to get on and off. Great experience over all!

Despite no in person contact, the process was easy and quick. I had my locker the same day. The customer service representative Kerri was very kind, respectful and attentive to your needs. If you need a storage locker I recommend iStorage anyday.

When I called iStorage it was right in the middle of the COVID-19 outbreak. Brian brought all the forms I needed to sign to my car so I could practice social distancing. He also escorted me to my storage unit which was very helpful. The facilities are clean and the staff is professional.
