Crystal is an amazing store manager. Helped in every way possible. Great personality. I have been a customer for a few months and have seen some transitions in staff. Crystal is the winner.
I liked that I could see what spaces were available online and the price. It made shopping around so much easier. Friendly attendant and answered all my questions quickly and courteously. The space was clean and when I was ready to turn in I got the same friendly service. Payment online is an easy way to pay without going in or mailing payment.
Everyone knew exactly what they were doing, they guided me through the various aspects of renting a storage facility, and I was done quickly and seamlessly
The lady in the office was awesome. Very professional and got us into our storage unit very quickly.
The staff is wonderful and the location worked great for me. If it was a less expensive i would have kept it but I guess it’s time to downsize and get rid of things that don’t fit in my one bedroom apartment.
