I personally, I have had my challenges, but one thing I will say that stands out for me, is the level of care, I experience, each and every time I come and speak to Josh. He has been a pretty awesome manager since he's taken over the 31st location, it's the little things sometimes..customer service isn't what it use to be, so trust me when I say, I know great customer service when I see it, and want to give flowers where they are do. Thank you Josh your awesome!

Ms Lorri was very patient with me during my visit. I had an accident at work and am unable to move around quickly. She took her time and made my visit quite easy. This is my third time renting at this facility and its always clean and the staff has always been pleasant.
