To rent a unit at istorage is very convenient because first of all you have a very lovely, courteous, and helpful woman name is Gloria and she helps you to figure out what size unit you need according to how big your place was, not much Furniture you have and how big is it, and overall she was just great!Â

Love the customer service! Myah is the new manager and she is doing awesome!!!! We rented a unit online and came in to get our unit information. She gave us everything we needed, sold us a lock, and then walked us to our unit. When we didn’t really like the unit, she was able to show us a different one and transfer us to that one! She gave us a paper with the highlights of the lease agreement and went over the policies with us, and attached to the paper was the QR code to leave a review! Â
