Amazing customer service with Myah!!!! I have been a tenant for a while and was a little nervous when I heard that Patricia was leaving. I came in the other day to pay my bill and get my gate code. Myah was so sweet and had a smile on her face the entire time. She would ask how I was doing and really seemed to try and get along with me and her other tenants who were in the office as well. She’s the sweetest!!!

Amazing customer service!!! Myah is the property manager and she’s only 21 running a whole property by herself!!! She listened to all of my concerns and asked me questions about what I wanted to store. We looked at a couple of different units and while I couldn’t decide what I wanted right away, she was very patient and even gave me some helpful advice. I even stayed for a little bit after we finished the paperwork and we just talked about our lives for a couple of minutes. She really tries to show that she cares about her t... read more
