Kentrell stayed on the phone with me to walk me through the emailed rental application and insurance form. He was very patient and kind, explaining things along the way. I’m not the best at on line things, so he patiently told me what to look for until I had finally filled in all the boxes and could submit. Even though I had requested a non climate control space, he explained to me the big advantage of keeping my furniture “healthier” in air conditioning. I just couldn’t afford it.
