I'm a business owner and frequently need to rent units all over the US for short periods or longer. I had the best experience renting over the phone with Sonia. She was smart, helpful, and efficient. Not to mention, she spoke as if she had a smile on her face the entire time. How customer service SHOULD sound! I usually dread the process of renting units as I often need them to accept deliveries OR allow me to keep a key on file... she made it easy for my employee to access the unit and met all of our needs. Largest room best price friendliest folk everyone works like family here together I can’t believe I found this place and such a great place to store cars and boats or build your own specialty room or Man Cave that means a lot to seniors living in small spaces… thank you I Storage you guys rule the storage facilities in the Coachella Valley that’s for sure!
