Great customer service. Rented a unit online. Very easy. Went to the office to ask after a larger unit and find out how to grease the door. Kelly and I discussed a plan b in case I needed more space and then and there went out to the unit I rented to grease the doors. Very appreciative of the support I received from the office.

I have received great service and support from Michelle Huertas. She is an excellent manager, willing to go the extra mile. On Sept. 6, I was stuck un the elevator. She came to my rescue with her husband, 7 pm +, although it was her free day. Please, pride yourselves for having her as part of your staff.

It was so quick and easy to rent a storage space and the staff is top notch and friendly. I also feel my personal belongings are very safe and I don't have to worry about any theft or vandalism.

Left a message at the office and within 10mins I was talking to the manager, and told her what I needed , she said have one across from your old one . That worked out just fine.
