The office at the facility was not manned at the posted open hours. The "open" sign was flashing but nobody was there. The sign on the inner office door said they would return at 10. The self-help kiosk was not that user-friendly. I finally called command central and that person completed my lease application and sent me the unit number and gate code. Once in, the facility is clean and acceptable.

Miss Don B gave me a great experience during my transition into a new journey she even went out of her way to make me smile with a great conversation I like to feel welcomed... but I do wish they stayed open until like 8 because Victorville is so hot to be moving stuff lol
