Great experience. The only issue is we couldn’t get in the gate. Had to call your 800 number because the code that was sent to us wasn’t working. We didn’t know that we had to take out the “A” in the numerical sequence. The unit was clean and like that it is asphalt outside.

The office at the facility was not manned at the posted open hours. The "open" sign was flashing but nobody was there. The sign on the inner office door said they would return at 10. The self-help kiosk was not that user-friendly. I finally called command central and that person completed my lease application and sent me the unit number and gate code. Once in, the facility is clean and acceptable.
