Facility is nice. The driveways around the outter edges of the facility should be wider because it makes it difficult to when maneuvering with a large trailer. Was disappointed that this facility no longer offers discounts to law enforcement personnel.

My experience with istorage was all positive. But it was made even more special because of the property manager at the facility I rented at. Rose the property manager at the Huber Heights Ohio location was an absolute pleasure to work with. You can tell that she really truly cares about the customer experience. But she took her time to survey my needs, and took me on a tour find just the right storage unit for my needs.
