It was enjoyable to rent a storage space. Very nice and professional answered all questions and was willing to assist if possible with any of our needs. Would recommend to Family & Friends.Â

I needed to get a storage unit for Saturday morning before they had office hours at 9. This was one of the only ones I found where you could do the whole process online and not have to first sign a contract in person or to get a lock. Definitely would recommend this storage facility.Â

The initial wait to get someone to answer the call was a tad long. Once Edmund answered, he helped make the reservation, answered my questions and was awesome. When I got to the office, Brittney was a fantastic start to an otherwise so-so day. She gave me excellent information, showed me the exact unit I would be renting and was a genuine pleasure to interact with. 15/10 would recommend without hesitation. One of the best customer service experiences in a world where that is in short supply.Â
