Very easy to obtain the storage spot and complete all the required paperwork online. Stopped by the office to provide copies of insurance and registration, Angela was a pleasure to meet and finish the rental process. Very pleased!

My experIence with the 91st/Sheridan management was inferior. Lock on the unit I rented obviously was not available. Could get no response from that number/mgr - no one in the office either. Finally got in touch with Christi manager at the 81st/Lewis location and she helped me tremendously- moved to a unit there. She was great. She’s a keeper - reward her!!!
