The on-site rep was very helpful. The registration process took 1 1/2 hours and was not completed. The online process was tedious and I was told by the national customer service rep that I was not entitled to a free first months rent despite the website showing the benefit.

From the first contact with the property Manager 5 states away to the first in person meeting, communication was extremely clear and welcoming. Upon arrival, she walked me around the property, answered the million questions I had without any attitude/issues and was offering solutions as my questions came up. The pricing was very competitive (beat the rest) and their availability was the best in the area. I look forward to conducting business with her and iStorage in the coming months.

I was very pleased with the with the professional experience that I received from the Mrs. Romero . I was given a tour of the storage room and shown how to work the entry gate . I was able to purchase a lock and other items right on the spot versus having to go to a store . I was very pleased with the pricing as well . Thank you for employing and having excellent folks who represents Move It Storage . I personally rate you a five star company .
