Great follow up service. No units were available when I called and a couple of days later I was notified when a unit did become available.

I had a chance to see the storage space & review a map, for selection. The person who helped me was very nice & helpful. All in all, very good, easy experience. I would like to have had the insurance option, which is not mandatory, explained up front. I had to ask. Since we’re not storing anything of value at this time, I appreciated being allowed to opt out. Quite satisfied with our space & accessibility!

I have just recently started participating in storage auctions. While I have had a great experience at all the facilities I have been to, Chris and the team at StorAmerica Trop were above and beyond. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Chris is personable, friendly, kind, professional and accommodating. He truly does go the extra mile with all the patrons of StorAmerica!
