He has helped me organize and minimize the best options for me. He is always available, and his staff is polite and friendly. The facility is always clean. My experience with StorAmerica Staff was very professional and friendly-oriented. They made me feel comfortable and satisfied my needs during my transfer from one unit to another. Also, they were instrumental in helping me to make my situation a better fit during this unforeseen time. I feel safe and secure working with Tony, and Sergio. Laury was excellent to work with. I didn't initially look at the unit because it was during an awful snow storm. When I went back a couple days later, I wanted a different location. Laury took care of it and got the first month free promo transferred. I would highly recommend this facility due to her excellent customer service.Ā
