Call center advice that my reservation was good for Monday on a 10 Ć25 so I drove the uhaul from Dallas to weslaco. When I called to ask if it was ready gentlemen in front office advice they did not have it ready. 30 minutes later he calls me back and made it happen on having another unit ready which he took initiative to find me one since everywhere I was calling , all units were full. Thanks alot to the guy in front office.Ā
