iStorage has been very pleasant and convenient for my storage needs. Having a cart available has helped significantly and I appreciate the cleanliness of the facilities. Terry is very helpful and pleasant also. I recommend this facility highly.

I asked Ann about which other units were available as I had outgrown the one I had. She gave me a list of unit numbers, their sizes, and the rent of each and I visited all three and decided to think about it. The next day I revisited the two I felt would best meet my needs and chose the largest one. Ann was very helpful in guiding me through the process of changing units.
