Greetings, this is a follow up review addressing the unforseen situation with my storage units. it's been over a month since I made a claim and submitted critical proof about the terrible damage from rodents to me and my family members personal belongings while in Stor America Ontario ,Ca. my items were fully contained mostly totes covered and tied in flex bags. I was having to deal with another person when securing my unit and they were very patient with me and the other person. There was no rushing me or copping an attitude with me because they were being inconvenienced with my situation. Once the other person got his way we moved right through the registration for the unit.
