I was put on a waiting list. I received a call from Aubrey. She worked with my schedule to arrange an appointment. My schedule changed so I just showed up. She was professional, helpful and personable. Enjoyed the process. I am renting a spot for my truck for an upcoming move. Haven't parked there yet but will in a few days. So far the experience has been excellent.
Placed a reservation on a space on line. When I got there I found out it was inside entrance. I need exterior entry. Neptina was able to set me up with a 10x20 and everything was fine.
Lisa P made this so easy. She is very knowledge and excellent at what she does. She went beyond the call of duty to make sure everything was right with my storage unit. I want to thank her for everything.

Debbie at the Forney, TX location has been great! She is new to the site manager position and has never handled renting the on site apartment before. That did not stop her from providing excellent, friendly service at move-in. As a first time renter, I had a ton of questions during the walkthrough. Great explanation of services and cost. Attendant was friendly and informative.
I reserved my unit online, which was very easy to do. The next day I got a call from the sweetest lady. Alice, was informative and explained exactly what I needed to do to get moved into unit. When I arrived at the store she again took care of me. I had to return a few days later with my proof of insurance and she remembered me and called me by name. She was just the best and made the experience enjoyable.
